I have never owned a pair, I was going to buy some but saw the shecklers. The sole looks the exact same as the Artos, but IMO the shoe design looks wavy and does not come in suede..which many of the great etnies do. There better than callicuts but not as good as those Artos..gotta love em.

The Urban Camo deck was the closest to blank that I could really find there and it was only $26 so I figured I might as well just buy a whole new board while I was at it... if all else fails I will just buy another Zero to slap the trucks on. The sad thing is all I needed was bearings because my swiss crapped out on me... how I ended up with a whole new board is beyond me...

My package finally arrived and I am loving the cheapo Action Village deck... it seems almost perfect. Sadly I think I prefer it over my old Zero deck since the concave is deeper and its slightly wider. It just seems to fit me better... as for the Krux Velvet Downlows... I am still in awe over how great they are. I had no idea it could feel so good to ride a board.

I would recommend you www.activemailorder.com there the only online skateshop that hasn't given me extra charges when I pick it up. I live in BC, so it may be different for you. DC Pures are the bomb! I haven't skated em, but both pairs of DC's I've skated in have been great, and I love the Pure design, tell me what they're like.

yeah they are pretty durable about 2-3 months of hard skating for me, i got another pair of the same exact ones recently they were so good but a friend is borrowing them right now so i haven't skated the new ones
