Well, I bought the 5 TMR blank decks from Ebay last Monday, and I was hoping to have them in before I left for Virginia Beach on Saturday, but they didn't come. Apparently, they are at my house (in Maryland) now, so that's good.

But I just bought a 7.62 dark green Minilogo deck (I brought my Tensors in case I bought a new deck) so that I'd have something to skate while I'm here. Didn't expect it to be as good as it is, I'm impressed. Amazing pop and concave, and skating it just feels comfortable.

I got a new cheap deck because someone decided to throw my old board into a pool, and after a year of non-use, the wood literally split itself. I plan to skate it until it breaks; no long-term use here. It is blue with a white Paisley design on it, and the trucks are the same design too.
I stole the wheels/bearings from my old waterlogged board because I shelled out for crazy expensive waterproof bearings/seals, and they ride just as smooth as the day I got 'em a couple years ago.

yeah, he used to skate 4 element like i think 2 years ago, but i never skate that deck b/c it is in such good condition for how old it is, it's not water logged, it's like super light, and it's not even a fiber light, or a helium, but it's gonna be sent 2 my friend down in Georgia who's sponsored by some Christian skate team i don't even know of, and i'm a huge Christian skater geek b/c i admire people like that, who i can share my religion with, anyways, he gonna get it signed by terry Kennedy when he comes to his skate park in place for me sending him some skate stuff, were still working out the kinks, but when it's signed, he'll send it back to me and i'll hang it up in my new room on the wall!!!, i also got a signed hat by rob Daydreamer, it's pretty cool, a different friend who lives out in California, well, actually my cousin, got it signed for me by him b/c he lives like 6 houses down from dydrek, i'm going out there this summer and i'm gonna met him, i can't wait, it'll be Mcawsome, yes, Mcawesome, it's my word. So yeah, that's terry Kennedy's last deck model from element before he switched to baker, it's my baby, and i got it free from a local skate shop, so it's pretty cool.

Aaaand a new Foundation Fiberlam board. I love foundation... My last one was a Correy Duffel, the Tim Burton model... I think 7.5" This is a Sierra Fellers Fiberlam 8". I've never had an 8" in my life. Its massive, but after skating for a day I love it. I'm sticking to Foundation 8"s.

Skates on Haight is not a bad store, but did you shop around? I got a Jay Adams Z-Flex from them for my son, then got another one for myself and I paid $80 less from the other place. What SK8SonH8s charged for the deck alone, my friend charged the same price for the deck,tracker trucks, and BDS Wheels.

They are a good place, but as that saying goes, you have to shop around. Just make sure the place knows about skateboards. Alot of places dont' know squat, and those are the folks to avoid like a plaque!

Being that I own a skate shop, I get new gear pretty often, but usually I will just grab a whole new setup and not just replace specific parts. But a couple of days ago I grabbed some new Folklore wheels. I just want to say how sick it was to feel that nice smooth roll instead of the thudding sound of flatspots! I did this because lately I have been skating a Seven deck that is really good, and I didn't want to replace it.

UBS shop deck, Go Skateboarding Day June 21 deck (it's orange), about 8 x 32. I don't plan on skating it unless I have to; it's going on my wall to commemorate my first GSD. :)

ordered these Bones swiss labrynth bearings yesterday, i should have them saturday.

best bearings besides the bones swiss ceramic because they are waterproof ^_^

but those are 120 bucks these were 45 or 50, and these are just as good cuz i'm not stupid enough to leave my board out ;)
