Right now I'm skating some Fallen Chiefs, but I also own some skated to death Osiris Hsu's, Globe Mumford's, DC Avatar's, Adio Anderson's, and Vans Half Cabs. I also have shoes I bought on the internet that are too big to skate. Those would be some Vans Old Skool Skate, Globe Mullens, and Lakai Chocolate ltd. editions. I also have some eS Accelerates that my mom tells me to keep nice and "unskated so I can wear them in public".

I would recommend getting a leather colorway, if any at all. I could stick my entire arm up to my elbow through my shoe until I applied disgusting amounts of shoe goo. In three days, I can already fist it again.

These sucked, especially for the $70something they retail for. Luckily I got em for $30, and they were completely shredded beyond repair in a couple of weeks. In fact, the entire toe cap was open, then I shoe goo'd it back together, and within a week it made a NEW rip in the toe cap, and was open again.

As my friends and I were leaving a spot in my friend's car, I looked down and the entire front part of my foot was exposed. I immediately took the shoes off, and threw them out of the car window.

Circa MA 207s(I think they're 207 Appleyard's first pro shoe they are) - nice shoes they're pretty dead now though. The grip didn't last as long as I would of liked, though. Black/white/red colourway

Es Cramer - Nice shoes, real comfy, loving this STI foam. Grip has lasted very well, no real big signs of wear on grip after like 2 months! Black/white/red colourway

Es Maccel - I don't skate in these, yet. I'm not sure if I will, I love these shoes. Orange/black/white colourway

With a huge hole in the top of the toe, lasted years oddly enough .. not certain how the hole got at the top of the big toe either, sole is finally seperating too. Great shoe though. :D

nice...it's true. Payless has great skate shoes, and the crazy thing is that just as much thought and time and quality goes into some of the skate shoe brands at Payless as some of the overpriced counterparts. It's crazy to me how much more money is put into some of the top name brands just for the symbol that is on them.

The biggest factor in a good skate shoe? Whether or not the person designing them skates and really knows what is neccessary. otherwise, your just buyin a logo.

So I always go in with a list of shoes, and wind up buying whatever ones they have in my size...which sometimes in NONE! it sucks. yeah i know for a fact there real, brian apodaca (the guy who gave em to me) authenticated em. had a test run on ebay and a guy offered $750, but then i decided to hang onto em for a while

As of now, I'm skating the Etnies Kingpin, and in a bit I'm going to put the pads from my old pair of eS's in them along with the pads they came with.

I have a pair of chucks that I skate in, but I made thicker tongues and more padding in the toe area.

i have the brown/tan XDYE shoes. got em in spain last summer on vacation but theyre starting to fall apart and i need a new pair or something very similar fairly desperately. does anyone know of a website i can get XDYEs from? the pull and bear parent site doesnt have xdye stuff on it and there are no stores here in the us. i couldnt find any place to buy the new pair...
