Ok Game of skate 6, Rules:

Same as last time basically, except there is a new hand sign of course.

Ok, there is a few different rules this time so read carefully. I incorporated the es’ dame of skate rules into this one because, I think the es’ games are well done.

1. All tricks must be done rolling.

2. Once the board leaves it wheels, it must land on all four wheels. No rail landings, manual landings, caspers, or 50-50s. No hands on board. No hands or feet on the ground, before or after trick.

3. When matching or setting, the trick must be done fairly clean. No toe-drag, the skater must be moving, with both feet solid on the board. You cannot stop and then tic tac away, you must land and roll away.

4. When you are selected to set, you have 2 days to set a trick, if you fail to set the trick you will be given a letter.

5. Players are given 4 days to match the trick, this can be made shorter when there are fewer players in the game, failing to match the trick also results in a letter.

6. No trick can be set more than once.

7. The game is run by the “Pacific Time (US & Canada)” time zone, so all tricks much be matched and set by the time stated in Pacific Time.

8. When you match or set a trick, post it up in the thread called “Game of skate 5 tricks thread” this makes the tricks easier to locate instead of sorting through millions of pages of discussion. The “Tricks thread” which can be located by clicking the “Game of Skate 5” title in my sig.

9. When you match or set a trick, after you have landed the trick you must make the sign that is shown below, in front of the camera, any tricks without the sign will not be included.

Even though you got them down switch, doesnt mean you can forget about the normal ones ;) Thesame thing happens with varial kickflips. A lot of people focus on learning tre's and forget about varials. I get people more letters in games of skate with varial kickflips than tre's.

I mirrored a regular mute, which makes it a switch mute.

Its the same principal with any switch trick, you have to mirror how you do it in regular. Therefore it is a switch mute.

There's a rule that says your hand cant tocuh the board when it leaves the ground etc. but that's mainly applies to things like fingerflips and freestyle stuff. I'm pretty sure ive seen a guy do a 360 flip tailgrab in an ES GOS.

I got this shizzle on the lock, in fact today i learnt it down a 2 and off a 4ft ledge :D . Oh yeah and I learnt them like 90 degree - catch- lae pivot because I thought they looked sexier that way but ill just do it the normal way incase the pivot way dont count.

Sorry man, the first one was on a bank, so that obviously doesn't count and then the second one you had to push with your feet to roll away, and you didn't even roll away in the right direction. I spose if you can get a match up within the next day it should be ok, considering you were away for the weekend.

Soap, I used to to bigspins on driveways aswell. Because I couldn't do them on the flatground. I know how much easier it is on a driveway than on the flatground. Look at the bigspin you did on the driveway. You pretty much doing an overotated pop shuvit. And if it wasn't on a bank then why didn't you roll away in switch? In the second trick, you DID NOT roll away. You landed on the board and completely stopped. Then had to use your foot to start rolling again and you didn't even roll away switch. If you want it to be done properly you have to do it the way it was set. Which is ROLL away in switch position, like everyone else did. Now I have been fairly leniant with letting tricks through, in particular with that inward heel, which you would not have rolled away from if you didn't tic tac, but this one just can't count mate. now, each of my tricks, bar the inward and the one you've disqualified, was to be honest, smoother and cleaner than yours, so how in the bloody hell have you been lenient with me about my tricks?, take a look at your own, before you say something like that about mine, orite?.

Now onto the subject of Mr. Moo's set. Although it was sick, no doubt, he landed in tic-tac you know that he couldn't have rolled away from that with-out it, look how far back he lands...i know its because the height on it was huge, but still...does that pass through?. Now on the subject of your match to Mr. Moo's set, you could have rolled away without tic-tacing, most definatly, and even if you couldn't i would have expected the guy whom makes the game to record again until he doesent tic-tac out, and gets a smooth set. Afterall bruv, you made the rules, you should obide them...shoudn't you?. Plus the fact that your a immence skater, worries me all the more.

Also, just to clarifie, thats a path, where people walk, its perfect to the road, it isnt a sloped driveway. Thats how i have always done my regular biggys, thats my problem. Thats why i cant take them to ledges or anything, because i cant get the roll in switch, but anyway, thats done and dusted now.

Just so you know too, the whole "Fairly lenient with letting tricks through" comment, was pretty nasty to be honest.

But you know what?. Even though i have said my piece im going to say nothing more of this, theres no point.

And also, my truck has snapped, so my set will be up rather later then usual.

Where is the match for the biggie? I cant see it in the trick thread and i wanna see it to form my own opinion.

Ok, I was really angry when I was skating. I couldn't land anything. Barely even a kickflip. I was planning on setting something else, but I was in such a bad mood I just did this trick. Normally I get them everygo, today it took me like 30 tries, ARRGGHGH, worst day ever. It's a nollie pressure Hardflip.

Ahh, i'm feeling alot better now. If you need any help with this trick, i'll be happy to give it. I'd really like to see you match this! It's a trick that's really hard to learn, but once you've learnt it, you've basically got it everygo. Stand in nollie position, set your front foot up in the pocket of the nose, and back foot with your toes hanging of the side, wherever feels comfortable. Now you just have to play around with where you place your front foot, you can practice doing it on footed, to work out where you put the pressure to flip it properly then try it with both feet. Have Fun!

That was a really tough set man...I just couldn't picture the flip in my head, and had trouble NOT doing it between my legs..I was kinda doing it like a nollie frontside flip, so aggravating..I'll get my set up soon...:)

Haha, i'll give it a go this afternoon, but seriously, i've never ever been able to do casperflips except in switch. Since it's only us left, when I try it this afternoon and fail miserably, i'll just film my set and take the letter, unless of course by some stroke of luck I get close to landing it. I've tried to learn casper flips but I just can't do them, that was a very, very nice set. Good job!

Arrgghh, sorry Pathtek, I can't really count that one either, remember you have to land, and roll away. You can tic tac out, but only if the tic taccing doesn't aid you rolling away. Well, you sort of didn't tic tac, but you didn't roll away, sort of pushed the board with your body to roll away. I'll give you one more try at matching it, since I wasn't on yesterday, but this is the last one. Just go faster, and try fo rotate your shoulders more.
