TK isn't even the best black skater on Ice Cream. Kevin Booker has one of the best styles I've seen, and he rips. nollie halfcab heel MACBA 4 = shredder

Antwuan Dixon is probably my favorite black skater though. I've never seen anyone with a style as smooth as his.

i'm confused as to why it matters whether they're black, asian, mexican, or white

not to soundy preachy or "PC" or whatever, but honestly. Isn't this perpetuating the idea of racism in the sense that you've clearly differentiated blacks as a separate class of skateboarders? I realize you're not trying to say whites are better, or blacks are worse, or anything, but just the idea that you've singled them out seems wrong to me.

Stevie Williams for sure. Along with Kalis, he's the father of LOVE park. It's cause of them that the site got some rep among skaters. Honestly, watch some videos of Stevie at LOVE and you'll see that this thread can be closed.

yes, steadham and tucci (plus a few others) made it big being some of the 1st pro black skaters, but NO ONE came with it like stevie williams! his 1st video part, he was flowing with switch tres in long lines! and never slowed down... still to this day he will pull out a huge bag of tricks with pop and style.

Kareem's style is dope, he gets so much height on all his tricks

but I don't see why skin colour has anything to do with skating. People talk about racism and all that stuff and want everyone to be treated equally, including black people. So why single them out amoungst everyone else? i know nobody is making fun or offending everyone, but if you want everyone to be treated equally. Do that, instead of singling out a group of people because of something irrelevant to the topic.

Kareem Campbell is just a normal skater to me although his ghetto bird is one of the sickest tricks ever.

Man, where is Kareem Campbell on that list. That guy used to kill it. He was one of my heroes growing up as a skater in New York in the 90s. I spent like 6 weeks when I was 13, pretty much doing nothing but trying to do ghetto birds (finally got it after screwing it up about 10,000 times). But out of the three you have on there Stevie Williams is the best. TK is good but he hasn't really been around very long.
