Yeah, I had to wait until my post count was a 2000. I had 500 rep and 180 days on here long before the post and I was never Elite.

Couldn't be, Skullfire has just reached and passed the requirements and now he is "Cafe Elite". So the requirements must be the same as when Newbed had become Cafe Elite. Unless those 2 were just a major coincidence, and the Cafe Staff picked them at the very time they reached the requirements for that member level..

After looking at Enigmatics profile (thanks for the link), I think that to get to teal you need the following:

1000 posts + 3 gold bars (I don't know the amount of points, 350?) + 180 registered (6 month star). So if I'm totally correct...

But anyways, why is everyone so concerned about what rank you are? You're on this forum to chat about skating and the like. Not to brag about your rank and how powerful you want to become (not saying that anyone with teal or orange or mods are power crazy barons :D).

And from what I've heard from some of the posts in this thread, some of you guys seem to be concerned about how hard it will be to get to a higher position after all your hard posting (maybe to rack up your count?).

I'm not trying to be mean here guys, but seriously, this forum is for talking to other skaters and to share your experience. Some of you dudes seem more interested in becoming major players in "The Post Count Game".

I'm sorry if I'm being harsh but I've noticed this a lot. It's not everyone. Just a select few. This is simply my opinion and what I think.

The purpose of this guide was the provide the reader with accurate information about how certain member levels are acheived, It cannot be used for referance if it's innaccurate. And not everyone is going to want to read though 20+ posts to get their answer about how much longer they have/how far high they are up. Listening to a bunch of old shmoes isn't exactly that convincing either, only if it was posted in the original guide would people know the truth..

I have been way too busy to worry about this right now. To be honest as long as you can post on the forum, play the arcade, check out photos, and chat not much else matters. The only real "restricted" user group are the new members, the banned, and those who have "red" rep bars....so enjoy the forum and we will get to this as soon as we can.

Mate, through time you will realize that its not all about the colors man. Like, if you have some friends throughout the Cafe, really in the end, the color doesn't matter and your still remembered.

^Click on User CP then look down to where it says "Last Reputation Received". Then look over to the far right, it will say how many points you have.

im not really sure, about 5 minutes after i met those requirements i turned teal, but you dont even have italics yet...quite strange. After some looking around it seems that the system doesnt always work the way it should like you and sskatess should have teal names by now. i would talk to mike about it becuase im positive that those requirements are correct

there really should be something after orange. you have over twice the the posts and like 6 times the rep required for you member level. unless you turn moderator there is no new member class in your future.
