Erm. It's a lot of coding. You pretty much have to create it from scratch. There ARE crappy generators for them, but they never turn out good. It involves a LOT of coding though, so I wouldn't even worry about it.

How the hell would you generate a DIV? I used to have numerous DIV layouts, they took like an hour to set up, god knows how long to make them.
