Rules and guidelines:
1. All tricks must be done while rolling at least a little bit on the bank.
2. You must roll down the bank for at least 4 seconds.
3. The setter has 3 days to set. The rest of the contestants have 3 days to match.
4. Trick guidelines- In the 1st round all tricks are allowed but no nollie or switch FLIP tricks. Nollie and switch spins are allowed.
In the second round all nollie and switch basic flip variations are allowed.
5. Your toe or heel can touch but not drag. It must not keep you from rolling away.
6. If a 360 spin trick is set as long as you are with in 90 degrees the match is fine.
7. If you can, upload to PUTFILE or YOUTUBE
8. No manuals, cavemans, bombdrops, or bonlesses.
However, no comply tricks are allowed.
9. The handsigm will be the west side symbol...Hopefully everyone knows that.
You ring finger and your middle finger wrap around eachother with your pinky and pointer finger still up.
10. You need at least 4 green bars of rep and 150 posts to play.
11. You must roll away the same way as the person who set the trick...

Woa... I'm first setter. Ok, Umm... yeah well I was out all day today, first school, then rugby training, then out to my brothers rep game, didn't get home till 10pm. I'll record my set tommorow guys. And if you want a hint, it's a flip trick, but not a basic variation like a kick or heelflip.

Nah, I still don't have that much time to skate. I haven't skated since the weekend, but usually I can get like a half hour session in each couple of days. To be honest I haven't tried any bank tricks for maybe a week or two.

Ok my set will be up in like 30 seconds. Grrr it was harder than I thought and I had hardly any room in that little pathway alongside my house. Anyway, I landed perpendicular to the slope before quickly pivoting, but at the pop i was angled quite a bit as well, so it evened out and was only under rotated by about 45 degrees. I summarised it after the trick with pictures. Good luck, and a hospital flip basically is like a casper flip but only using your front foot. So you half flip it then a late shuv it half flip all with your front foot.

Yeah, its the underground car park in the apartment building where I live.
I just walk like 10m to the lift and press the Basement button, and its all right there :)

The best part is - being indoors its immune to the weather. The worst part is that there is no air circulation at all so skate sessions can't last for more than a half hour without almost dying from heat.

I saw you post your set, grabbed Will's camera and went and filmed one in about 5 or 10 minutes. Then came back up and spent twice as long editing it. :D

i went out today and tried hospital flips for the firs time ever and acctually landed one but not on a bank and not on film...they are SO hard

Hmm.... damn I wanted to start off the game with a set to hand out some letters and set the tone for the rest of the game... seems like most people are handling this fine then. My camera battery was low when I filmed it, so I filmed a kickflip to fakie just in case it ran out... lucky I got one... from how we're going now most people seem like they would have gotten that first shot lol

Ok... I'm gonna have a bit of a ***** here... if no one else cared about it then fine, but if others noticed too, here's the chance to speak your point...
skatermccrank, your's looked like a 1/2 varial 1/2 front foot late flip.... your back foot turned the board, and it turned as the board made it's first half flip, where if done correctly the board only does that shuv after its flip... resulting in the second flip looking like half an impossible... where yours was just a front foot half flip... if your still with me... if not tell me and I'll explain it again, just that technically you did a different flip to a real hospital flip.

Popshuvit: Yours wasn't too bad... I could see that the board had a little flip in it, but my main problem was that you tick tacked out, when you are meant to go to fakie, that was the trick... hospital flip to fakie

If anyone else noticed this please speak up. I'm sure Roboman could explain my problem of skatermccranks match a bit more clearly, so please do so once you get a chance :D

Guys... I still don't think skatermccranks should count. Even if he gets an extension to do it I don't care, but I can't accept a 1/2 varial flip late 1/2 flip. The trick is completely different. In a hospital flip the board makes it's 2nd flip as an underflip, on skatermccranks his was a toe flip. Sorry, but I can't accept it. Give him an extension or something because it's like someone setting a pop shove it late flip, and then someone matching with a varial, it's technically a completely different trick.

Whoa... well it doesn't really bother me that much because this game isn't all that competitive, but next game there DEFINITELY has to be a minimum amount of degrees of slope in the sign ups. Like at least 15 degrees. Like its hardly a slope if you don't instantly get rolled away upon landing a trick.

Great news... it's cleared up today, so I had a go at this trick. So popshuvit, just start my 3 days from about an hour ago, I was out trying for half an hour, it's getting dark now but I could get the board to do 1 and a half flips before the tail would hit the ground and stop the rotation. I'm busy tommorow, going skating (go skateboarding day) but on Friday I'll have the whole day to practice it, cause I'll be on holidays. That's assuming it doesn't start raining again. If it does then I'll just take the letter, cause it's too difficult to get another extension.
