Derrick14 11-15-2007, 08:54 AM i dont know, i dont watch basketball, i find it boring, unless my school teams playing. i love our ****ing team! i would guess L.A. Highawk 11-15-2007, 09:25 AM the whole not exterme sports bore me unlike skateboarding or any other extreme sport i can watch that Bananengurke 11-15-2007, 01:22 PM i chose both... because.. i just think they are equally good ( i have no idea if its hockey, baseball, basketball, or dancing x() Whatever 11-17-2007, 07:16 AM I watch basketball alot but mostly toronto raptors, although overall like this year? Huston rockets, although if your talking about overall in history I would definetly have to say la lakers. PLayAHatA 11-19-2007, 06:15 PM this year my friend keeps telling me to post these polls to prove his team would win easly but im 2-0 i said packers there winning in that poll i said rockets and boom there wining Sonix 11-25-2007, 06:30 AM I voted for rockers, they are better(for me) and I don't like Lakers . Tristan 11-25-2007, 09:06 AM Clearly the rocks, T-Mac and Yao are dominate and they got a junk load of guards that are stars. ISkateElement 12-01-2007, 07:59 PM This year houston rockets. You got to love yao ming and t mac (tim mcgrady) mattlb123 12-01-2007, 08:01 PM This year houston rockets. You got to love yao ming and t mac (tim mcgrady) I'm no basktetball wiz i actually hate it but isnt it tracy mcgrady? ISkateElement 12-02-2007, 01:36 PM I'm no basktetball wiz i actually hate it but isnt it tracy mcgrady? ya but I call him tim mcgrady because I usually here that from the announcers, i don't know why. Well so far LA lakers, or 9-7 and Houston Rockets are 9-9. But the rockets division has all good teams in their division. San antoniao, dallas, new orleans. And since they face most teams in their division it's hard for them to win all they can beat is memphis who are pretty decent. But la lakers division is pretty crappy, so easier for them to win. Houston scores alot more points than LA lakers, but let's in alot more to. But if you compare them in games played against each other, they only played each other twice and lost by 2 and 3 in each games. So even though LA lakers have better stats is statistics Houston rockets are better, but in term of b-ball history definetly la lakers, as they used to have shaq and alot of other geat players. ZeroSkaterFTW 12-03-2007, 09:18 AM I would have to say that the Rockets are a better team, but thats just because I cant stand the Lakers. ISkateElement 12-08-2007, 03:10 PM I would have to say that the Rockets are a better team, but thats just because I cant stand the Lakers. Lol, what's wrong with the lakers... Tristan 12-13-2007, 11:55 AM Lol, what's wrong with the lakers... They have 16 year olds as there mascots *cough* Kobe *cough* swordman540 12-13-2007, 05:30 PM Lakers have Kobe, which he is trying to pass more, and Odom, where he is improving a lot, and Bynum who can block and dunk well. I'd have to say them. razz 12-13-2007, 08:11 PM My opinion on this is that although Kobe is the best player in the NBA (I know it's debatable, but let's be realistic) the better TEAM is Houston. And swordman540 is right, Kobe is trying to pass more...I use to make the argument that he didnt pass enough and my friends would always tell me "pass to who?" - they were right...who exactly is good on that team besides Kobe, some of them are "ok" but he's surrounded by cans. No offense to Odom and the others, but that's the reality. Kobe has to leave LA in my opinion if he wants another ring (or if the management brings in someone else to help him, doubtful). Garnett realized that after playing on Minnesota for so long. swordman540 12-14-2007, 07:27 AM ^ Agreed a bit. I just don't think Rockets have it this year though. Yao Ming and Tracy McGrady gets injured reallyy easily, especially Tracy's back (I think?), and in Rockets, there really aren't any good players apart from them. In addition, Tracy skill's is slowly deteriorating from..say 2002-2003's season. He's good for sure, but his peak has finished. Yao Ming, now he's just a double double machine. Improving his on-court stamina, and being able to take shots other from baselines really helped him. He has an incredible potential. Only problem is he's slow and 'stiff'. I can't blame him, for being a center and reallly tall and all, but still he should try and improve that. An example of him being 'stiff' is when Nate Robinson rejected him. I mean, come on! You're like the tallest player there, and Nate's short (compared to him). You should be able to dunk on him! If I could choose other, I would choose Spurs though. Manu Ginobili, my fav sixth man, Tony Parker, can break the defence and do these amazing lay ups and assists, Tim Duncan, boring, but at least he can double double almost every match, and Bowen, one of the best defenders in the NBA. 22's! Son 05-02-2008, 06:18 PM i dont know, i dont watch basketball, i find it boring, unless my school teams playing. i love our ****ing team! i would guess L.A. if you don't know, then get the hell out of the thread... what's the point... LA for sure, even if houston had YAO, la would still whip there ass i got the jazz beating rockets tonight... i hope the lakers beat the jazz in the second round... lakers vs spurs in the western finals is my guess Andrew Jay 05-10-2008, 10:47 AM Um La. obal10 05-15-2008, 10:01 PM rockets for me! lol |
