missing_no 11-17-2007, 12:29 AM that graphic is wicked, I'm definitely getting one when my shop deck breaks
Supersonix6 11-17-2007, 03:05 AM Thanks for the review man. Once I´m up and skating again I´m definitely getting one of these boards.
Do you think you can compare this board to the Almost Uber light?
I´m at a toss up between the two..
terence123trh 11-17-2007, 06:53 AM ^ love your sig ss6.

johnny16tx 11-17-2007, 10:32 AM Thanks for the review man. Once I´m up and skating again I´m definitely getting one of these boards.

I´m at a toss up between the two..
it feels somewhat like the uber light
but the uber light is TO stiff
it cracks much easyer and feels unnatural
plus its only a 60day guarentee and for the price of it
you can get 2blinds
jakedaskater 11-17-2007, 10:42 AM wow that deck seems really good
im getting a new deck soon so i might get one
ZeroSkaterFTW 11-17-2007, 01:27 PM Haha, **** it, why couldn't you have reviewed earlier? I asked for another Zero for x-mas, and Im sure they have already ordered it ( I know their password for their account on the site they ordered from :) ) . I might get one of these after my other Zero breaks.
Sk8_Alchemist 11-17-2007, 01:27 PM no one brings Blind boards to here ^^" even in they were, no warrenty for me - for sure.

and ive had it like a month or so
cheapBoarder 12-06-2007, 09:34 AM I like blind boards. The two guys who made the deck reviews on this board needs to be shot. They say blinds are crap and they compare them to world industries. They are heavy but good to do flip tricks on.
Sk8_Alchemist 12-06-2007, 12:08 PM heavy? Blind is the lightest deck Ive ever tried ^^"
but it breaks pretty easily
(not talking about the enternal life)
cheapBoarder 12-06-2007, 03:47 PM It was a bit heavy to me. My blinged out board. I just hate how they stamp the "dwindle SUCK" on each all there products. Darkstar great but almost are good and so is blind. Alot of people dont even know that Enjois are dwindle because it is so popular. Alot of people dont know what dwindle is and they say it sucks. Alot of people think dwindle is a material used in boards. This is just a rant about dwindle but, C mon guy Mullens uber light was made for tech. Dont jump off a cliff and expect it to not break because its 100 dollar bill. It wasnt really made for street.
2 points:
TRY THE BOARDS!
QUIT GOING WITH THE DWINDLE SUCKS HYPE PEOPLE!
angelo 03-05-2008, 05:09 PM I got one today, nice pop, and shape but a bit on the heavy side.
Señor Waffles 03-05-2008, 05:23 PM no offense but does your filmer not know what white balance is?
360 flippin 03-05-2008, 06:15 PM Wow!
Looks like it's really holding up nice.
R Heng 03-05-2008, 10:09 PM so how does this compare to a baker? because thats what i'm using now, but this sounds awesome and i'm considering getting it for my next deck...

it makes a baker look like firewood
so 90 day guarentee
so if your in like your 2nd month
and wanted a new board
snap that one
and you get a new one >
johnny16tx 03-05-2008, 10:41 PM ^^^
thats what i did
returned it
2weeks later had a brand new one

Merging doublepost
How does it work you take it back where you got it from, and do ya have to lie about gettin a new one? Be like "yea man messed up tre flippin a 14 set."

no
you ship it back to dwindle
angelo 03-05-2008, 10:58 PM no
you ship it back to dwindle
but this is what it says.
" * Decks exposed to excessive moisture. Ie. Decks ridden in the rain, water puddles, or snow
* Improper assembly of accessories
* Decks that been modified including re-drilling of truck holes or re-shaped.
* Intentional and deliberate attempt at breakage.
* Decks run over by any kind of motorized or un-motorized vehicle
* Normal wear and abuse including:
o chipping from ground, curbs, or walls
o nose and tail wear from repetitive ground contact"
Is it bull? And I'm just making sure cause on the last couple weeks or so I don't wanna snap it to not be replaced ya know. So will they just give a new one if you make it look good enough?
johnny16tx 03-05-2008, 11:00 PM just get the deck... jesus
ha
if it snaps
send it back to dwindle
youll get a new one
its the same price as anormal board
what do you hav to lose?

Tim-A 03-05-2008, 11:18 PM im either getting the robot one or the horse men
do you get the same deck back or is it a model of choice
R Heng 03-05-2008, 11:56 PM it makes a baker look like firewood
so it shouldn't be a tough transition then?
ccv1991 03-06-2008, 12:52 AM Nice review man!It has kinda changed my mind about these "Gimmick"decks.

Why because the words come out of the mouth of a good skater? Take anyones word for it.
Berishman 03-06-2008, 09:55 AM wondering...Is this deck pretty much the same as the Uber Light?
angelo 03-06-2008, 10:00 AM wondering...Is this deck pretty much the same as the Uber Light?
No, because it's a lil' heavy.
cheapBoarder 03-06-2008, 02:48 PM ^^^
It is heavy (but almost all blinds are heavy) but it doesnt stamp the "super natural pop" stamp on it. It is just suppose to last long. It is pretty much the exact opposite of uber light.
Eternal Life- Heavy and last long
Uber light- Light but with great pop (never tried a uber light and never will. Not a fan of light decks besides armor light).
johnny16tx 03-06-2008, 04:37 PM wondering...Is this deck pretty much the same as the Uber Light?
no
uber light isnt ment to be stronger
its ment to respond more
imo uberlight is ****
its good for flat and tech
but thats all
eturnal life can take impact
cheapBoarder 03-06-2008, 04:55 PM Not to be teh noob or anything but can you explain Almost impacts to me? I dont understand what takes the "impact". It sounds like I could just slap some shock pads on my deck and make my own Impact deck. Im pretty much done with dwindles now. I love the decks but Im starting to hate thier graphics. Plain and logo decks way to plain and graphic decks over do themselves. Im gonna try Toy Machine. Also i notice that you said that tum yeto fiberlams are great. Should I go with Fiberlam or just go with a regular Toy Machine deck?

How would they be able to tell if you deliberatley attempted to break it? lol
cheapBoarder 03-06-2008, 04:56 PM ^^^
Deck is broken in like 10 pieces.

you should get the fiberlam
it has a special bottom layer as well that slides better
and a stiffer top layer so it doesnt chip
a impact is bullsH*t
cheapBoarder 03-06-2008, 05:04 PM ^^^
Thanks. I might get the fiberlam but im leaning towards the plain deck since im only like 110 pounds and i dont go that big. The tech on the fiberlam looks legit and sounds smarter that the other "tech" decks on the market. Instead of everything stuffed in the middle (is a little stupid when you think about it since the bottom plys are gonna get messed up fast), it has a sheet of fiber on the top and one on the bottom.

My friend had one... it's SUPER light and pretty good pop. He's gonna sell it though cause he barely skated it. He doesn't want it be cause he got an 8 and it's a lil' big for him.
xXSkater14Xx 03-06-2008, 07:14 PM Do you know how long the guarantee is going on for? Because I won't need a new deck for a while I don't think. Or is it going to be a 90 day guarantee forever?
Second Wind 05-23-2008, 07:37 AM hell yeah. when I break my deck im getting one.
back when I was 15 I had a skate board with a platic layer on the top and bottom, and the tail and nose were almost comletley made of plastic. lasted for ever. And when I wanted to break it I couldnt. the wood broke in between the plastic, but it was still rideable. I cant for the life of me remember who made it.
big big big 05-23-2008, 04:11 PM deos this deckflex when you stand on it like a habitat does?, the deck sounds great im concidering it, but im still aprehensive as it is a BLIND after all.
