These boards are alright. I had a Rodrigo TX; not to much concave, great pop, the pop didn't last too long though. They were heavy also. Lasted a while but chipped easily. I Liked the shape. But i have to give a 7/10

My experience With the Flip skateboard.

When i got my first Flip skateboard, (Rodrigo TX) I thought it was pretty good. For the first week, it had nice pop, but it lost pop really fast. It was a pretty heavy board though, and it was strong. Within a couple months, It was chipped, really bad razortail, and scratched up. It was in pretty bad shape, and was soggy. So i had to get a new board. It lasted me about 6 months.

CONCAVE: It was alright, i didn't really care for it. It wasn't steep, but it wasn't very flat either. They were shaped pretty nice too. I think ill give the concave a 7/10

POP: Awesome pop! But it didn't last very long, only about 2 weeks. After about 3 months at had completely lost it's solid pop, and had come completely soggy. And that was before it got bad razor tail. I give a 7/10 for the pop.

Strength: Mine was pretty strong. And it never snapped. But after a while it chipped really easily. It got some pretty bad pressure cracks, around the trucks. Otherwise, it was pretty strong. 8/10 for strength.

Size/Shape: Size: Perfect size, it suited me perfectly. It wasn't too big and wasn't small. Shape: Yea, it was comfortable. Especially for kickflips and other flip tricks. The nose and tail were almost the exact same size and shape, but i didn't mind. The only bad part was that it lost its shape. I'll give flip a 8.5/10 for size and shape.

Lastability: I had my Flip board for 6 months. Started losing pop at about 2 weeks, and lost pop after 3 months, Chipped after a month, Its strength lasted forever though. But it did lose its shape, and it never snapped, so that's good. I am going to have to give a 5/10 for it's lastability...

Slide: No. Couldn't do a tailslide for crap. I give this a 4/10

Graphics: Not that graphics really matter, but they have some nice looks. Like the one posted above. I got my Rodrigo TX because it looked cool. (i was a noob so i cared more about the graphics then the quality.) So they really look better than thay do skate better. I say 8.5/10

Flip Skateboard Team: Burnquist, Rowley, Appleyard, Saari, TX, Penny, Boulala, Glifberg, and Mountain. Amazing team. 9.5/10

Slide?

wouldn't that depend on the obstacle, and the skill of the skater? I dont the a deck really has anything to do with sliding. At least not to the point where you werent able to do a trick you normally(?) can do.

Please don't review things unless you're going to be pushing it to it's limits
If you're new and this was like you're second deck, you don't know anything and have nothing to compare it too
When people who are not inadiquite to review products, it gives people bad advice and opinions

Im riding a flip right now which i have had for 3 months skating every second day, but it hasent gotten any chips or cracks yet. Might just be because i am very small and light (32kgs...)

I pretty much agree with everything you said. Flip decks are good while they last, their shapes feel really good but they lose their pop and become soggy really quickly, they're exactly like Lakai shoes, comfty yet not durable. If you liked Flip you will love Girl, the shapes are just as good and at least they last long.

I personally think 6 months is great for durability.

Uh dude... I got the exact same deck, have been skating it for 3 years straight,,,and the pop is JUST AS NEW. It's even better than my friends Anti-hero which he got 4 months ago... He and I skated them both, and we both agree. However I do agree that these board chip pretty easily, but again mine got crashed into walls with razortails...

So I'd give durability a 8.5/10 compared to whatever you put in... Maybe I just got the best of the pack =). Definitely getting Flip next... I don't know any personally tried deck that lasted longer, better and poppier. I'm riding mine real chipped at the moment, the tail is squared like a pool deck, but I'm not getting a new deck...no no.

It lasted 6 months? why are you saying it didnt last? the pop is also not really in the board its how you do a trick,, its all in your head or at least half.

I would say one thing, you cant review a whole company for a deck.

I realize that now, but this was written many years ago.
