Just to post the rules, in case anyone forgets...

-First off, even though I try to run my games very lax, if you do sign up please be committed to the game. I really hate it when the first round of a game is over and theres 6/10 people afk for whatever reason.

-3 days to set. 5 Days to match.

-Minimal heel/toe drag.

-If the set is rolling, it must be matched rolling. No stopping dead and tic-tacing away.

-There will be no straight ollie flips allowed in this game, thats what normal GoS games are for. (Shuvit variations will be allowed though). As well as no step off tricks such as boneless' and no complies, calfwraps will be the exception though.

-We will be going with the 3 combo limit that has been used in the last couple games. Ex. (1) Fingerflip to rail (2) Railflip back to rail (3) Railflip out.

-No footwork, no wheelies, no 360s.

-If anyone has any concerns about the game or how it is being run, please take it up with me through PMs/msn. I will have the final say on whether or not a match/set counts to save us pointless arguing in the discussion thread.

-As for the handsign, I've decided to steal the one Christian chose for FGoSIV. As seen here. http://www.skaterscafe.com/showthread.php?t=30834 (Hand shaped as 'gun')

Anyway, Ive done this trick before actually, when i was trying to learn nh 5050s to rail, i did the railflip to rail by accident out. But ive never actually done a nh 5050 to rail STARTING from tailstop, so i will practice tomorow and see what happens.

I hate this trick. I was filming for about an hour today, and I landed in rail 4 times out of like 700. And then I overflipped out everytime......

I'm surprised so many people have problems with the NH 5050 to rail. I had a little trouble with the rail to rail. But that's ok, no one can set it now. Hahah!

I know 100% that I could match this, if my board wasn't destroyed on one end. It makes carousels impossible now.

Trust me, I know how your feeling. The last thing I want to do with this game would be to create a stressful environment for anyone, but I guess that kinda comes with the territory of playing in a game of skate. Either way, sorry to hear the news. :(

Not quite but you're getting close. You seem like you're starting to get the right technique down, it should feel kind of like you're jumping away from the board and it is just kind of following along touching your feet but not so much pressed against them.

ill go back and try it out ;)

Could I post my set today? I dont think anyone is matching. BTW I filmed two, one with a carousel but Im not sure if its gonna count since Mike did a carousel in his video, its cool if it doesent i filmed a backup set today.

i don't know why, but i just seemed to have found it easier to catch the deck with my feet

Ahhh, I think I'm going to have to drop out of this. I was practicing yohos today trying to land and the board fell off of my feet while I was extended and the nose came down on my middle finger on the left hand. Went nice and deep too so I ended up getting four stitches in that finger and the doctor said no skating for two weeks so I don't rip the stitches or do anymore damage to the finger. Turns out I came pretty close to hitting a tendon in the finger. So I'm out I guess. :(

Sorry I was a little late on updating the scores and everything, a couple of things have changed.

Brian, sorry it took so long to edit you out. Hopefully that hand will heal fast and you'll be back skating soon.

Dylan has Skate, so he's out.

And due to a bad smash to my head yesterday, going unconscious, horrid headaches, and a doctor visit today, I'm forced to drop out of the game. Unfortunately I'm not going to be doing any skating for the next two-three weeks, I'm told its for my own safety.

I'll still be keeping track of the game and updating everything, I just can't participate at the moment.

Mike, because I have to drop, it's your turn to set.

This isn't so bad, this only thing that sucks is not skating. But I've actually been having a really bad month or two, things aren't going so great for me. Without getting into details I'll just call them personal problems. I just really hate not being able to skate...

At least when I do get back on my board I should have a huge list of tricks I want to try. :)

stay as upright as possible. that always helps me when it comes to pogo tricks
also, try to keep the board as vertical as possible without making it flip back on the wheels. if you switch feet and step more on the deck it will obviously force the board out of your hand and onto the ground

^Just checked after not looking at it for a while, congrats on the win Mike though I guess with the all the people dropping out it did make the game kind of anti-climatic. Went from something like 6 or 7 people to 3 after one trick.
