and i figured something out on fs shuvs.
im regular.
so whenever i pop. if i scoop forward with my back foot, and then kind of push the board towards my left foot at the same time i get closer.

Rather than pushing it all the way behind me, i push it a bit less behind me and towards my front foot.

Yeah, Fs shuvs are 90 percent back foot.

your front foot just needs to nudge it a little bit.

Every five days a new Iron Chef Challenge will be posted. One team member must do something using the secrete theme ingredient. It can be skateboarding relate or not. Each challenge must be done by a different team member. The video will be judged in three catigories, each on a scale of 0 to 5 points

Taste(dificulty and entertainment value of the video)
Plating(how well edited the video is)
Originality(how creative you were in use of the secret ingredient)

and i almost have kickflips again in the grass. i can land a half flip and sometimes it goes into a varial.

on ground i can only get the flip right if i don't jump with my back foot. cause if i jump with my back foot i kick down. :[

I landed 2 k-flips on this hard dirt area, than on concrete i landed one while moving but it shot out from under me!!!!!

I'm so happy. once batterys charge i film some and see if i can land one. i learned them again. YAY!!!!

I can do many of the freestyle...but seriously if you're not a freestyler theres maybe only 1 MAYBE 2 tricks on there that you could do....really its quite rediculious(SP!!)...

I mean the category thing is kinda dumb....REALLY dumb....like never has there ever been a team championship/tournament that everyone has to do one of each thing..its always you pick people the best in each category so that they can do those things, and then the other ones can deal with the other categories....but FCC won't budge..

oh and today we were playing a 6 person GOS with a kid who can varial heel inward heel tre triple kickflip sometimes, and impossible +more. and they set a kickflip in 2 different games and i landed them!! I caught them fairly high and clean too!!

by the way.. halfcab mannys.. easy as hell for me. so ill just get as much of them as i can. then i can send it all to whoever is going to edit them... or let me know what you want me to do as for raw footy and editing ym own stuff if needed.

its easy, just go a bit faster. ollie jsut a tiny bit earlier, and turn your shoulders early.( when popping it kinda push the front forward so it doesnt get behind you)

halfcab is backside, always. so when going fakie it would be to turn so you face forwards first. everything is the same direction as regular.. only your going backwards... not like how switch and nollie b/s and f/s are determined.. f/s and b/s stuff screwed me up so much when trying to learn.. harder then learning french.

frontside ones are just fakie frontside 180s

Oregon's been in a warm spell I've been trying to avoid (100 degrees = bad skate conditions) especially since the only thing I drink that contains water is gatorade and powerade. ahh man, i just got back from trying this 4 stair grass gap... theres a curb right after it and im afraid to actually pop the ollie cause i might not clear the curb so i didnt pop the ollie far enough and i landed in the grass shot off my board rolled over the curb and kept rolling, and only came out with a little blood on my hand enjoiskater47 started laughing. it was fuddy

yea, curb is easier. just remember to keep your foot closer to the nose when you pop up.

i got a classic flip on film a little bit ago. i was gonna film the other stuff too, but my cam died. i'll get new batterys and go film the fakie bigspin nollie shuv it and some skate on that object stuff. what do we do with our tricks? who do we send them to?

yea im wondering hwo this is gonna turn out. i cant get a hold of a firewire card to import my clips.

try taking your cam to best buy or something and asking them to find a firewire cord for your camera.

I think going off the side would be allowed, considering that I find it harder than going straight.

Also, I have no idea how we are going to get our clips together, I haven't had much time on the computer lately, and I'm literally being kicked off right now, so if someone can find a place where we can host the actual video files, and not the .flv converted versions, we can get them to each other that way.

After that, I have no idea who is going to edit together.

intro :have a good song with a faster pace and put in half clips. so it doesnt show the land. theres a few videos that have done that. creature born dead for one.

outro: just make up some absurd credits and put bails/slams with it.
