Nothing spectacular or out of the ordinary and not even super clean, I just wanted to post this to thank the dudes who gave me advice on ollie airwalks.

Oh, and I set up my Morris single kick again! I didn't get to do many rolling tricks b/c I was trapped in my basement the whole time I was using it (winter), but I freaking love this thing, its so much fun to skate and it made the casper to nh 50/50 i just learned (like Heupel's) feel so easy.

Dude that was seriously sick!

I really should learn those, I mean I have ollie nosegrabs down pat.

Ehh...I think perfect might be a little much. The landing was bad, and I know I can extend farther, and get the grab higher up. Thanks though!

What did it for me once I had the nose grabs down was just keep my front foot a little bit closer to the back bolts than the middle, pop the board, and focus on kicking my BACK leg diagonally forward (while being careful to separate the pop from the kickout)

Those are nice for just beginning, my extension on these looks horrible in my opinion. Also if you learned caspers to n/h 50/50 I want to see that on video, they're a really fun trick.

yea man sick....That reminded me of a Mullen-style Ariwalk

I wanna get these and them do them randomly in the middle of a street line so people are like "wtf?!"

You'll figure it out, Toad. These took me about a week or so... The key is just to isolate what your doing wrong and focus on that. If you can do the nosegrab, make sure you can do it vertical. If you can do that, work on kicking your legs out. Look at the thread I made asking for help, there were some good tips.

that was awesome. i've gotten into the habit of touching my nose before popping the board. i bet if i stopped i'd get more hight and also get the board more vertical like you.

Ouch, that's probably going to be a hard habit to break. I bet that's how your muscle memory is wired, and you'll feel awkward/out of balance at first.

I think the touch before you pop looks cool though, and personally I think airwalks look really good when they're done quickly and close to the ground.

Oh of course. Mullen's kick ass. His are gigantic.

I can't remember seeing Gunter's...but there's a video of Rodney doing a demo in Akron, Ohio on youtube where he does a good amount of them.

A picture of a young Ali Boulala springs to mind...

He had dope Airwalks back in the day.
