I just got the Adobe premier software and I'm having a problem. The audio is fine, but the video is really choppy. Jumping or skipping might be better words to describe it...if I'm rolling in front of the camera the footage will just have me jump from one place to wherever I'm rolling towards. It's almost like stop motion, but not quite as bad.

Any help?

are you recording in real-time into Premiere? if this is the case try recording and saving the footage, then view it again. your computer probably isn't fast enough to keep up with real-time recording, but once saved it'll appear normal.

if this doesn't work, i'm going to have to say that your computer is too slow overall.

Just sounds like a slow computer to me, it happens on occasion with my footage, but once you save it, and play it in WMP, or whatever, it'll be perfectly smooth.

You might have to render it. To render it press enter.

mine does that all the time, its just cause my computer is slow. theres nothing wrong with it, its just it takes up alot of virtual memory and the computer cant keep up with it but its trying its best to keep up, so it skips around,
if that makes sense. haha
but dont worry about it,
it helps if you close all your other windows that are open on your computer.
