What tricks do you usually warm up with when you're about to go skate?

Mine are nollie 180s, bs 180s and kickflips.

I'll usually skate switch for about half an hour then me and my friends will go to a small spot like a 3 stair and get tricks over that before going out.

Depends on what I'm skating. If it's a park I'll do all the basic stuff so I'm limber. If it's a spot I'll give it an ollie or easy grind, then if I still want to warm up I'll kickflip it. But usually after an ollie I'll go for the trick I want to do down it.

i stretch then do some basic tricks to get my legs into the feel. but when it gets up into the 110s i just start skating after a stretch.

The tricks I repeat the most while sessioning are kickflips, back 180's, fakie flips, nollie front pop shuvs, full cabs, and fakie big spins.

I'm not sure why I always find myself doing those tricks the most while "warming up" but yeah.

usually just some kickflips or something, if its some sort of ledge then i will backside 5-0 it or something, or a stair then ill ollie it and then maybe 180 it or something

If it's just flatground I cruise around as fast as I can and do ollies in all stances, then 180s and shoves both ways in all stances, then a few 360 shove / big spin variations. Then a few flip tricks and / or impossibles and I'm ready to go.

If it's a street spot or a park I cruise around and do ollies everywhere, basic flatground and easy grinds / manuals on everything.

i do a couple ollies, just to make sure i got the whole popping motion down. fakie bigspin, kickflips. i kickflip repeatedly throughout sessions, idk why, also heelflipping for a warmup, and mid-sesh. then i do some tre's and junk..

if its a set, i just olly it like once, then just go for it.

I normally start up with a few ollies to get the feeling in my legs. Then 180s, kickflips, nollies, shuv-its. Simple stuff just to get the feel of the board.

I generally warm up with Walk the Dogs and 360's, try to get my balance going before I try anything bail-able.

I'll pop a few ollies,varial kicky's,180's,pop shuvit's then ill try sum harder stuff (tre's forward flip's:icon_bs:)but i never seem to land any heel stuff untill im in the swing of things its my weak side:icon_shak

Normally start off with some pop shuvs, and try to get them high and clean, then I move onto 360 shuvs and fakie bigspins, Kickflips, heels, varials, nollie half cabs. That usually does the trick.

Kickflips, heelflips, and pop shuv its. I do them all a few time regular, switch, nollie, and fakie. Since pretty much every single trick is based off of those 3 tricks, just get the footwork down for those and everything else is a piece of cake.

mine is in an order kinda lmao

i do an ollie than a kciflip and i have this tranny a peice of wood unto a 2 foot tall wayy and i do cool tricks on that to warm up my legs i do some rocks,tricks to fakies,stalls and different sweet things lol

agreed i usualy just skate where ever im gunna skate and pick out and obstacel and a trick to do on it and go for it until i land it and when i land it i consider to be warmed up lol

I actually start off by doing back stretches and then I ride around doing manuals for about 30 seconds. From there I start doing ollies and practice the tricks you see in my signature :)

I usually get to the spot, stretch, ride around and start off with small flatland tricks to get warmed up. Ollies, nollies, kickflips, doubleflips, heelflips, fakie bigspins, varial flips and such. I make sure I still all my basic flatland tricks with solid, smooth landings and then start to do sh*t like noseslides, boardslides, 50-50s etc. Once I feel warmed up, it's ON!
