A headline from December 17 edition of Newsday. Fifteen-year-old christopher Moncada was one of the skaters who found the baby girl- just house old and wrapped in a blanket and paper bag amidst freezing temperatures. Hmm, maybe skateboarding really does save lives!!!!!

eh, i don't really like the fact that they defined them as "skaters". I mean, its good to have to good publicity for skaters but couldn't they have left that part out. It seems like it is implying a negative view towards skaters.

I remember reading something a while back about a bunch of skaters stopping a bank robbery. They were in the bank or something to get money I guess, and some dude tried to rob the place. So they started truck slapping the guy. See we are good people.
It kind of shows how skateboards can be weapons at the same time though. But that we can use the weapons for good I guess?
