First off, is the trial the exact same as the normal one i'd buy?
And secondly, whenever i do slow mo on a clip, i got to properties and change the playback rate to .250 but i don't know how to make the original audio stay with the speed of the picture... i need help on that, and on splitting a clip in two to where i can make on half of the clip slow mo, just like in WMM.

hit cntrl and drag the clip from the end for slow mo. and vegas 7.0 is better imo.

^Timecoding should work, its what I used on that one video on my you tube, but the crappier the camera, the crappier the sound after you timecode it.. so watch out for that one. ;)
The only question up there that I can definitively answer is, yes, the trial is the entire, complete software, just with a time limit on its use.

Thanks, thats alot easier than going to properties.. but how do i split a clip into different parts?
Does it make the audio and the picture stay together too?
and is The trial the exact same as the normal one i'd buy in a store?
EDIT: okay thanks berishman, that helps alot so now i can try both this one and the platinum one and see which one i like better. and know what everything is like before i buy.

^To split audio clips I believe you just drag that *bar thingy* to where you want to split the clip, and then hit "s" on the keyboard, and yes, the audio and video for each new clip stay together.
