I can 360 flip, however, the stance I perform it in is very odd.
I put my front foot in the midde of the board, far on the heel side, on a fourty-five degree angle. This makes not clean, and inconsistently.
I know my foot should be in a position I would have it as if I were doing a kickflip, however when I do this I can not get the rotation.
Any tips or thoughts? Thanks.

well dude, you're in a good situation then, you're close. My biggest problem is landing and then falling off, or just 3 shuv/half flip. the one that "imsorawr" mentioned is good because it means you can stay on your board. i'd advise that once you're SURE that you have the scoop down, so you really know what you're doing with the 360, you get that, and flick at 45 degrees, possibly a bit later even, and not TOO hard. though you think you may need to flick lots harder than you are, really its just a matter of good concentration, make sure you think about each part. when i learn tricks, i say the parts in my head, or maybe outloud, to make sure the form is good. i'll use tre's as the example to try and help.
say these in your mind as you do it
-position (back foot with toes hangin over, front foot 45 degree, wherever you choose it to be as far as back, middle, front of board)
-crouch (bend down)
-SCOOP (no matter how many times you hear this, every trick tip, there's a reason for the stress on this part. it REALLY powers the trick, you can't give a lazy scoop and do a tre. kick yourself in the a-- with your back foot, or think of it that way. get that scoop)
-FLICK (you gotta make sure you flick at like 45 degrees or so, wherever you find it most effective.)
-JUMP (stay over it, jump wherever you need to to stay with it (usually forward-ish))
-LAND (land with bent knees and play the air guitar)

I have the same position as you, but try to control your board. It may seem weird because you just do a motion to do a tre flip. But if you try and control your front foot to flick the way you want, you will probably be able to control your flip so you won't have a bad landing.
