Well I get consistent stationary ollies. I've been working on my rolling ollies now. But my problem is that my board tries going 180, like a pop shuvit. That happens mostly when I look forward but my when I look down my left foot gets left behind. What can I do to stop these things from happening?

Start really slow and then just a little faster and about the shuv-it try moving your back foot, if you need more help PM me.

Point your back foot more at an angle behind you kinda like the first half of a V.

It helps to envision Malcolm X when you do an ollie. He's a great man.

ok just look foward, pop as hard as you can, but dont pop sideways, pop straight down, this causes your board to go straight up. slide your foot up as far as you can (like bolts) and then stomp it down.

DONT FORGET TO COMMIT, OR ELSE YOULL LEAN BACK AND DO A WHEELIE AND ROCKET OUT
