I put my front foot with the heels hanging off almost on my front bolts. Backfoot as a normal pop shov. Flick like a normal Pop Shov-it, while trying to keep your frontfoot in contact with the board. When the shov is done, flick it back with full power.. :)

^ yep I figured it out eventually, I do like 1/4 of a varial kickflip and then flick back hard, but I'm too tired to try it now, I'll give it another go tomorrow :)

Yes, exactally. But I don't kick down too much, I just attack it and hope it flips right.

But the second one in my video is a good example of what happens when I kick straight down. It always turns out to be more of an inward than a late flip.
