maybe you should learn a kickflip. than learn the varial. and then try a 360 flip. and then try frontside flip -)

goes in order. dont try to learn a mass number of tricks at once. one by one. yoo

ok the varials are the easiest of those. really all u have to think about is that ur backfoot is doing a pop shove it and your front is set up as a kickflip and u flick like a kickflip. so, when u pop to do a shove it and ur board is about at a 45 degree angle then flick the kickflip and it comes around and stomp on the bolts. 360 flips are the same thing, just put more pressure on the backfoot and just swwwwwweeeep. and im working on frontside flips so i really cant leave u a tip for that.

Do fakie frontside flips, and frontside flips on a bank or a QP first before trying them flat, it'll help you to understand the way it works.

As for tre flips, I learned by scooping as hard as I could, to get the 360 rotation, then trying to stay over it, then throwing in the flip.

& I hate varial flips and I refuse to do them.

I can do f/s flips like 1/2. I can't do varials to save my life. I can also do fakie tres but I can't do normal ones. I guess just go your own way. There is no specific way set. Just try out all the tricks and whichever one seems easier you should try. Btw, I got f/s flips in a day trying it on flat. I tried a hardflip and I realized that f/s flips seemed much easier.
