Well, the lady called the police, and the police said it is fine if I skate in front of her house, shown in this clip:

Well, since the police won't make me move, she called the police and filed a false report saying I RAPED/SEXUALLY ABUSED some little boys! She is lying, but now my name is on file for this. She is making something up since I have two 13 year old friends, and I am 14. Listen to her confirm this in this video:

I need help! My parents won't talk to her. She is telling all of the neighbors not to let me near anyone because I'll rape them, or something. Yup. Here's my suggestion.

A. Go to the police by yourself, and ask them about this "false report". There are, indeed no witnesses, no proof, no evidence, no nothing against you. This lady has some problems. Is there anything that she has against you besides you being "an annoying kid" "disturbance to everyone" "upsetting the neighborhood" "punk little kid"?

B. If you or your friends end up in an interview, you should prepare a case right now. The police, it seems, are on your side, and they actually seem rather annoyed with this lady saying "there is nothing wrong with them skating in the road" "they're not doing anything wrong". I think you have this one in the bag

C. RESPECT This one HAS to be excercised in order to show that you are not looking for trouble, that you are merely trying to have peace. you're not breaking into houses, or doing what she is accusing you of (dont wanna repeat that), you are skateboarding.

D. Once again, make sure that your friends are ready for anything, because you never know, even though it seems the cops are going to deal with this lady rather than you, you should be prepared, in case somehow this gets to court.

E. MAYBE there is some way we can make a petition or something, or all like get an e-mail with individual consent to your local police. They'll see your support base, and it'll only look good, it can't hurt.

If i was you i would tell my parents to talk to her and to tell her to leave you alone. I had this happen to me before it was when this kid in my neighborhood likes to roller blade and likes to pick on me and he is only one grade lower than me. So he was keep on talking trash about me by saying that he could say any thing he wants and if i hurt him he will tell him mom. So one day he pushed me and he said, "im not afraid to fight you" so i was like fine then and two minutes later he went home with a bloody noise and a cut up lip. So later that day him mother came to the courts and started saying, "so it fine to beat up my son you little punk im caliing to the police. So then she started saying that i was keep on threating her son that i was going to beat him up, but that is not true. So the police did nothing because he did not know who to beleive, so after that the kid never hangs out at my local courts.
