First off, has anybody tried these recently? I saw some threads about them but they were from a while back.

And, on their ebay store,TGM skateboards, i can't find to where i can buy like 2 decks or 5. I would prefer them in 7.625, or 7.63 which ever they have.

are these the same as moose blanks? just a different name on them?

yeah those are moose, i had one but i really did not like the shape. I ended up selling it to a friend for 5 dollars. The nose is big compared to the tail and is pretty steep. And the tail seems far too small imo.
