i was just wondering.

if i covered my shoes with grip tape and covered my board with some rubber. would i still be able to do the same tricks i can do now.

has anyone tried it or know about it

Actually, I thought about this before. I tried to staple sand paper the toe of my shoes and I taped a peice of trampole to my board.

Why dont you do it and find out. If stuff goes sour then whos cares but if it works you might be rich. You could revolutionize skateboarding. You could go down in history as the coolest nigga ever! or It would probaly burn and go all black and stink bad.

Just change both the materials, and you'llhave to change your boards grip as much as changing your shoes right now.

no because usually the grip is solid on the board and has the sticky side to it, but now its get the grip side. its kind of a weird idea. yet it is interesting.
