View Full Version : Anti-Ollie?

Okay. Here's the deal. I've heard of the anti-ollie, not really sure what kind of trick it is (street, vert, freestyle?), and I saw it in someone's sig. Does anyone know what it is? (and how to do it? Sounds fun)

BTW, don't tell me to use the search bar. I already have, and the only TWO are the "say something about the person above you" and the other was about a Chris Haslam video that doesn't exist anymore.

Thanks!

Maybe an ollie with your hands instead of your feet? Probably a joke dude.

IT WAS NOT IN PHLAP'S SIG. It said, *popularizing the anti-ollie, no half-impossible needed.* So it was a real trick. With some kind of impossible. That's all I know...

never heard of it.... but it may be another term for pressure ollies.

these are easiest to learn on a sidewalk with a crack that sticks up a bit while you are rolling towards it...

when you are about to hit the crack, push your board into it and let your front wheels pop off of the higher crack.

(its not a nollie since your nose never hits the ground)

Okay, thanks Hokus Pokus...that might be it, but you don't do an impossi...

wait a minute...there doesn't have to be a half impossible..."no half-impossible needed*. Thanks, I'll check that out.

Ah, here it is:

I remember reading a huge long rant from this guy that an Anti-Casper is only and Anti-Casper if the flip in is a half impossible. And I was like, guh? So the Anti-Ollie is my answer to that, only I am not mean, so I require no half-impossible. Thus an Anti-Ollie is basically an Ollie.

You know, after explaining it it sudden;y makes much less sense. Perhaps time for a new sig...

So an anti-ollie is an ollie? How incredibly unneccessary.

HAI GUYS I CAN ANTI OLLIE. It's an anti casper without the half-impossible, so it's like an ollie! But not! Same motion and everything, but at the same time, it's not!

False accusations!

Switch nollie handstand inward underflip to crossfoot, Now that's a hard trick!

I'm guessing, if an anti ollie's a real trick, you just grab the trucks with your feet and jump...

My retarded friend who doesn't skate anymore used to do half a kickflip and then pressed his feet against the inside of each truck and jumped with it, he called it an anti ollie. hahaha.
