those i find are very easy if you just do shuv then body varial without a popshuv

and i think the proper name for a pop shove body varial depends on the way your body spins. if its pop shove bs body varial its a kalastarial, but i dont know about fs.

Thanks for the help guys, so it's either a small spin or Kastalarial. Small spin makes more sense because it's like a big spin but only one shove it/pop shove it, but Kastalarial souds cooler... Hmmm, I'll have to check out what AlmostaSkater14 said on google.

I always land on my face in primo in a handstand when I try them so I call them face flip

Isnt a sex change a kickflip body varial, so you dont say kicklfip sexchange, you just say sex change, and you could say pop shuv sexchange but that would be a pop shuv kickflip body varial.

I stubbed my toe last week, and it was healing good. But then i stubbed it again and it hurts really bad...

i find them easier to do if i do them frontside instead of regular but thats just me.
