i sprained my wrist dropping in today... it hurts and idk wat to do

put ice on it and go to a doctor, and if u have one, put a splint on it. thats pretty much all i can thinkof right now

Try to drop in again!?!? I mean think of it in a good way better your wrist and not your leg I would still skate if my wrist instintly broke.

I was on a metal ramp yesterdy and it was raining. I dropped in and I slipped and broke my thumb.

If I were you I would put some ice on it and try not to move it around that much. If it doesn't seem to be getting any better by tomorrow then I would deffiniatly go to the doctors.

I've sprained my wrist before, all you can do is ice it, and take lots of ibprofun.

Put a wrist pad on it and try dropping in again. Keep you back foot on as much tail as possible and your front 1 inche behind the bolts. Stay solid, don't sissy out and lean back. Lean forward until you front wheels are rolling on the ramp.
