for the 540 shuvit all you have to do is pop harder and push your back foot out more.
for 360 flip just scoop flick and jump forward, its not that hard,,try jumping back cause It easy to land on the nose.
double kickflip just put you flicking foot down lower and hang it off ,, now pop high and flick hard.
why would you ask how to ollie over and object into a 50 50 grind? all you do is ollie over it no trick its like ollieng up a curb.

just try it and find out. if it slips out it slips out. if you practice it, you'll eventually get it.
what kind of object do you ollie over... like a box in front of a rail or something?

no offense but you need to get your basics down before worrying about anything past 180 degree spins/flips...how can pop shove it something 3 inches and 540 shove even be in the same list...if you already know how to pop shovit then its like automatically 4+ inches on its own...unless you do shovits with a pop noise that dont get any air lol....
get the pop shove first then the 5050 and worry about the rest later..much later

For 360 shuvit over an obstacle, come in at a little bit of an angle.
