yes i have an Xbox 360 and yes i have live, wasn't really impressed with the two.
after seeing this it made me think how gutted you would be if your console burned down your house and took your whole life away.

accidents happen all the time. you could burn down your house in multiple ways. "leave stove on", "metal in microwave", "radiator", "fireplace", etc.

i am sure you could find an article on how the PS3 did some accident too, and we already know Wiis can cause people to get hit in the face with controllers....

i didnt say they suck just said i wasnt impressed with them that much to keep on playing them alot.

the only way that it could burn a house down or even start a fire would be if you left the thing on for a huge amount of time right? so unless it somehow happened without being on for long, it was that persons own fault. they should know that it gets pretty damn hot if its left on for a long time..

My power brick is never off, though the console usually is. Is that bad? I thought if you turned it off you needed to keep resetting the console or the times or something?

i think the dudes must of left the console on. i used to leave the power brick on all the time.....but still can get hot sumtimes.

Sure its not for games. But who the hell cares. The next system will have it, and it wont be too long before another system comes out.

You haven't been looking into a thread Ive been in a heavy debate over a clueless 360 fanboy on here for the past like 3 days.

But I say powerbrick is pretty stupid idea. My 360 was hooked over night I woke up and the power light was still on.

Im sure the guy that lost his house, if anything that could be what casued it. I had mine on top of a shoe box and the box was burning hot, I was scared to put it on my carpent so I laid it on a cool towel.

Would you look at that....microsoft wanting help to make there so called "next gen console" high-definition again by buying from the better, popular and dominating Blu-Ray.

Which still wouldn't make the games high definition.
