I figured this would be a good way to share advice on tricks that are bugging us.

I need help with heel flips.

ok thats my first trick i ever learned... i do it weird.... i dont use my heel... set you feet in thebiddle with you end heel hanging off.... then pop and bring you foot on a slant to the top corner ( whichever corner you flick) drive up with it like and ollie and use the top or middle of your foot to flick out and bring you feet up adn then catch and bolts......thats how i do it

Ya, agreed, don't think this thread was really all that needed but I'll still try to help out with your nh 5050 problem.

What really worked for me was first making sure you can do a regular 5050 which I'll just assume you do. Then what really helped me, was that I would find stuff to hold onto and just stand in a NH stance for a long time balancing with whatever I was holding onto. This got me really comfortable in that stance so then I was able to practice doing it without holding onto stuff, and then the rest just comes with practice. And make sure you front foot is high up towards the nose too.

Lean Back More. Literally tripled the time I can hold them.

Just don't go crazy and start doing backflips or anything. Its cool, its just not very productive.

The trick tip thread is actually for people posting tricktips they made, not asking.

And no freestylers ever go to the trick help section, s oa freestyle help thread there wouldn't get answered.
