I am doubtful.
Look at what the dude wrote:
i never rid or stood on this board but it does have a previous owner i am only looking for people who will pay with (money orders) the skateboard is in great condition for how old it is thank you for looking and good luck
and it's $750
I imagine the owner would advertise as much as possible by adding the first issue of the mullen pro deck and raise the startin price or something..
Then again, it could be legit

that is the first style or whatever, right?
i was basing my guess on the yellowish tint to it but the longer i look at it (drool over it) the more it just looks white. and didn't mullen say in his book that the original mutt board was yellow?

The one in the picture is stained clear. And it looks a little yellow
maybe it is the first type

I've never seen a 'blank' (i.e. no background colour) mullen board. I've seen red, white, yellow, blue... but certainly not a natural background. I'm rather dubious about it.
Edit: Looking at it a little longer, I think it's the white model, the light's just strange on it. I guess there's no reason it can't be an original... still rather dubious over the fact that it appears to have OJ freestyle wheels on which weren't around for alot longer. It's possible that someone in later years was just making a complete with whatever they could, but usually when collectors make up boards they do it with period correct items.
