The 360 flip is a good trick to learn. It will take a while to learn so if you want to learn it, take your time and don't get frustrated.
A big part of it is commitment. You need to land on your board after the 360 flip. You might slide and fall, but its something that happens.
This is my setup for a 360 flip.

You will want to have your back foot in the concave on your tail. I like to have my toe hanging off. I keep my heel up a little off the board so when you scoop it you get pop. You don't want to scoop as hard as you can because you probably won't get a full 360.
This is the direction my foot slides up the board.

For tricks like the kickflip, you usually don't have to think about what your doing. With a 360 flip, you will want to try to control your front foot. The more control you have, the better your 360 flip will look.
As you scoop back your front foot will want to slide off in this direction.

After you slide it off, try to turn your foot back this way to land back on the bolts.

Don't flick too hard or it might not even flip a full kickflip.
So what you do is scoop your back foot behind you. At the same time you are kicking your front foot off the side and bringing it back over the board. Try to stay over the board the whole time.
Common Problems:
If you land with both of your feet on the nose you probably aren't centering yourself over the board. You need to jump with the direction of the board. Don't try to flip your 360 flip far away from you, keep it close.
If you aren't getting a full 360 then you probably aren't getting a good scoop.
I hope this guide helps. Have fun learning 360 Flips.
