Ok well the week my bearing pop and I thought nothing of it but Now I want to change it for another one but only being the outer metal part of the bearing left in how can I get it out....

Its doing my head in.

You should still be able to use your axel to pry it out. I've done it many times.

Awh man, that always happens to me, it's so annoying! Basically, I get a screw driver and wedge it in and prise the outer ring thing out, but it takes forever, and it hurts your hands, put speed cream on it too to help it out.

Just use your trucks and put it on an angle and pull :D
