I'm more of a cat person, I love dogs, don't get me wrong, but I love cats more. Easier to take care of, but they provide the same loving as dogs do, well, at least my cat does, haha.

I <3 my kitty. :)

Dogs, for sure.

I'm scared of cats...they're very aloof. :icon_yes:

I have 2 cats, but want a dog as well! But honestly, Cats are so much easier to deal with then dogs, so my hats off to cats firstly before dogs!

Cats cause they can be litter box trained. Dogs just **** everywhere(believe me I know cause I got 11 dogs, 7 of which are puppies).

Indoor: Cats, very clean. Outdoor: Dogs all the way, much more affectionate and actually care about you too rather than a cat's finicky, selfish attitudes - usually.

I have 6 cats (3 adult, 3 kittens), 2 dogs, and 2 mice.

Haha, cats are beating dogs as of now. :p

Also, I wanted to add to my post, but couldn't because of the 20 minute edit limit. Anyone who says dogs because of their personality, and not cats because they don't do anything, has obviously not been around a friendly cat. They can be more loving, affectionate and playful than dogs.

I prefer dogs way over cats. Not because dogs are cool, well they are too, but because I don't like cats.

Dogs.

I used to like cats until my friends cats would attack me in the middle of the night, which wasn't fun. Now they try to bite my feet all the time.

I can't stand cats at all. I have one right now and it takes everything I have not to kick her across the room. Of coarse I would never do that but I think about it, also becuase she is 15 and I grew up with that cat since I was one.

Dogs on the other hand are a mans best friends. Annoying sometimes? Yes. But there is nothing better then just sitting with your dog out by a campfire or what ever. They also always seem to understand what kind of mood your in and that helps.

Obviously my vote is to dogs.

Cats all the way, i have 2 kittens at home one is a abshiption mild and one is a maincoon. I just dont like dogs because i am lazy and they are a big responsibilty.

Cats are better, don't have to worry about them eating your shoes, paper, ****ting on the floor (as long as they know the liter box), don't have to really bother with them that much. Plus they eat a lot less, cats if they annoy you, you can pick them up and shut them out of your room, dogs scratch on the door, bark, etc.

Cats>Dogs

Well so do dogs, minus the biting sometimes. But a dog you have to teach them everything, a cat just de-claw them so they don't scratch up a chair and show then the litter box and their set for life.

heh that's a good point but i like teaching the dogs cause its more to time to play with them. The only bad thing to teach is to not bite random objects

I got over 10 cats. Only 1 is a house cat. The rest are wild and are afraid of people plus they are sluts and keep having kittens. We found a new litter of kittens in our shed the other day, and of course they are scared of humansand run from us. My dad is wanting to shoot them all, but my mom won't let him.

I'm a cat person. Although they're more useful, dogs are too noisey and too much responsibility. Cats are easy to take care of.

cats all the way. Do one wants to walk a ****ing dog. or hold **** in your hand in a bag. All you have to do with cats is feed them ,give them water, and scoop tha poop, or you could do the modern american way, and get a self scooper litterbox.
Ive had both, and say cats are better.
mine is getting old and i am starting to get really really sad that he might die.

Let me guess, you've never really had a friendly cat before, have you?

I voted for cats. Hands down. Mostly because they're much more low maintenance. I'm lazy and walking dogs gets old, fast.

Dogs, i had 2 awesome cats but my mom found out that she was allergic so we had to get rid of em and we got a dog it is so funny to watch him run in circles yeah it sucks walking him but if your life was in danger that dog would die for you. They know when your sick and they lay with you. You can teach em tricks like where my shoes at?

Much rather have a dog, funner to play with and you can be rough with them.

I like both but I love cats way more. I like dogs because they're affectionate but they bark all the freakin' time and sometimes they get too wild. Plus, they piss/**** all over the place. And if you leave the house for a while like on vacation, cats won't care as much as dogs will. Just because some of you think "Oh well I hate cats because when I went to pet my friend's cat, it hissed and scratched me repeatedly" doesn't mean all cats are like that.
