Hello guys and gals. How's it going. Does anyone here wanna be really generous to me and help me get a deck or set of trucks for my friend? See, about a week ago me and my friend (skater) were skating at our public park, and him with a new board and everything is all happy, and decides to start showing off. Some guy goes up to us and asks to see his board, and Daniel (friend) lets him ride it. And then he picks it up and just runs, so we start running after him (he was about 30-35) and we came close, but then he turned around and told us if we kept following him he'd hurt us. So, long story short his board got stolen. Now Daniel is a freakin' awsome guy, and he's given me plenty of skate parts before, and I just felt so bad watching that happen. Now I've already given him an old pair of wheels/bearings, but he doesn't have anything else, so if anyone could help me repay him by sending me a deck or some trucks, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks a lot, and I'll PM you or email you my name/address and whatever you need.

Oh and just a side note (AND I SWEAR I'M NOT JOKING, I'M NOT) the reason a man in his 30's would steal a little kids skateboard is (AND I REPEAT, I'm NOT joking) to sell it for Meth. I honestly think he does Crystal Meth, I've seen YouTube before and after videos, and read about the consequences, and he honestly fit under all the categories. Once again, I'M NOT JOKING. Oh and another thing, he was arrested about a month later for Posession of Drugs and Rape. He hangs out at the public park a lot, and I know the local cops so I recognized him and asked what happened, and that's what they told me.

Yes, I came with him. We had to sit a half-hour in the Community Center and wait until the cops came.

I don't think so... Besides, he's already in jail, and even if they could, I really doubt they'd want to go through all the trouble and driving around and paperwork and all that kind of stuff. I think it'd be way too complicated. And I don't know much about Sueing, but wouldn't it cost more to actually go through with the sueing than actually getting a new board?

anyway, if your friend allows some stranger who he doesn't know to "look at his board" then he pretty much deserves to get it stolen.

now this kid knows not to lend things that he wouldn't want stolen. its a good lesson.

in the future this kid will be more wise when handing his stuff to people.

just be thankful it was a skateboard and not a phone or something more valuable.

Dude... are you retarted. Hes a bum with a pack of Crystal Meth in his hands... i think you would do the same thing. Also, phones are usually cheaper than skateboards.

hey people you need to quite being rude to this kid just b/c his friend got his board stolen, in fact, one of my friends had a similar situation before, he went into the bathroom to take a dump and then when he came out he saw this guy jumping in his car w/ his board and driving away, luckily he got the license number and the guy got busted, but you guys know cops, they usually hate skaters, unless your like me and have a couple friends on the force, then you get away w/skating in public places, but not always, but anyways, cut this kid some slack, i believe him, and if he wanted some crap for himself, he could have just posted a post about how he wanted stuff, there is no difference, i agree though, sorry kid, but your not gonna get much free stuff, especially a deck, i was trying to send out some of my extra stuff by my parents won't let me, which is gay but anyways, most people don't do that, give away free stuff, check at your local shop and see if they have some used stuff that you could set up a board 4 him w/ just 4 now, that what i do sometimes, it's not always a great set up, but those will usually hold 4 a while, i get used decks all the time from my local shop, and some times a set of trucks/whells, etc. but the punch line is that you probably won't get any free crap, sorry to say that but you won't

well this was an unfortunate event, but actions have consiquences and I know that I would not let anyone, not even my best friend ride my board because I know that if it gets broken or stolen and they are riding it then I will have to buy a new one and I wouldnt have even broken it

Now that has been said I leave at the fact that you are 11 and still unelegable to get a job and potentially buy a new board, but then again your mothers realize that too which makes it posible to whine your way into a neww complete

long story short, you are problably 100 % not going to get anything from the cafe because there are certain trust issues in sending a skateboard to someone you dont know

Even if you didn't say that I wouldn't have believed your story at all anyway. You're just trying to take advantage of people in order to get free gear and that's pretty disgusting. Wouldn't this even be ban-worthy ? I'm reporting it to the admins.
