The ABEC rating has nothing to do with how fast or slow your board goes. It has to do with the size of the bearing or something. They use it to get n00bs to spend more money on higher abec ratings. That's why bones doesnt use the ABEC rating, because they no it's a fallacy.

I was always told that the lower the abec, the slower the bearing.

Abec 3 are the best, Abec 5 maybe faster - but they broke faster. and that sucks
believe me you dont need more then Abec 3.
and I had many kinds of bearings

abec is the precision of the bearing yes the higher the rating the faster speeds it will withstand but it only comes into play when your going like 200kmph+

why get Blind wheels if you are getting a Zero deck?I was going to get the zero wheels but they didnt have any I want...I have to wait on getting my new stuff untill my mom has enough money though

ABCE 3 mystery bearings are B.A.D!!! i had them for maybe 5 months and then they just kinda got really slow and i found myself pushing harder and more than when i first got them. i got some bones swiss precision ones. i think thats what they're called. but they're great.

^cus you ride dirt? my friend had Zero bearings, that are the same as Mystery. and they were TIGHT! believe me, I ride stairs and I dont need more speed then ABEC 3.

id get bone reds. see how the abec rating is causing fights on over whats the best? bones doesn't use the abec rating. they use skate rated. bones are just durable and fast period.

^maybe Mini Logos are better? theyre Bones reds, with another steel sheild, same durability, speed and like 8-10$ lower price.

I have some they're really fast and durable ive had them for about 7 months and havent cleaned them and they still work great

just get reds.

wheels i guess are okay. doesn't really matter.

The ABEC system is something that tricks new skaters into buying crappy bearings. It is meant to rate something that would run in machinery going way faster than a skateboard. Bones is skate-rated. It means that not only is it rated on it's speed, but it is also rated on it's durability, something ABEC rated bearings are not rated on.

Your best bet is to go with Bones Reds
