I just got back from the Happening. Let me tell ya, it's not typical M. Night, but it was still a pretty good movie. It's got me thinking thats for sure. Anyone else see it?

isnt it just about getting infected by something and then you kill yourself?

I really liked it. Shyamalan has been my favorite director since Signs, and I think he's made a movie that fits more along with what he used to direct. His last movie, Lady In The Water, sucked. But The Happening was worth it.

I must say though, one of the best parts of the movie was the chance I got to check out that actor, Zooey or whatever her real name is. SHE is one beautiful woman.

even though it's his first rated R movie ever, there are no boobs. so don't get your hopes up.

just saw it today, very interesting and creepy. hahaha

i love that scene when:

the group is in the car, the car stops, then starts going, speeds up, nails into a tree and bodies fly out. then guy gets out, sits on ground, picks up glass, and starts cutting his wrist.

:)

i thought it was amazing

m nights other movies are total ballsack
but this was so good, and i liked the thing about plants ?
i mean who wants to see another government conspiracy movie, that seems like a theme in hollywood right now

and the gruesome scenes were so good, like when the guy turns on the huge lawnmower and lays down in front of it.

i was gonna mention the same thing that AceOfJacks mentioned haha that one was funny..

you gotta love the wet thwack! that the bodies make when they hit the ground jumping out of windows and stuff

ouch.

i don't think it was scary, not exactly creepy..just kinda weird..i mean..who thinks about making that kinda thing? the old lady ramming her head into the window was weird..

i guess it was just disturbing.

I saw it like 2 hours ago, didn't like it much. Marky plays some good roles, and he played pretty well in this one too, but I just didnt get into the whole concept behind the movie. I guess not my cup of tea.
