You could try to upload a .flv video since thats the type they use (when I download one via a short cut I found).

It works

go into windows movie maker and save the file as A MOVIE FILE and presto it will work.

Did you use sony vegas? I had the same problem, when you're saving it, make sure it's not avi lol
