hey with my caspers to caspers I can get the flip but no matter how hard I try my front foot always quickly touches the ground can anyone help me with this?
Also as for carousel's I can never really manage to throw the board properly so I was hoping someone could help me on that please =D

On casper to caspers...try lean backwards and "shove-it" higher..

On casper to caspers, start with the board up as high as possible, and if you still need more height to catch it, try doing less of a shuv it and more of a vertical flip....thing.
As per usual, there's no magic way to learn them. Just hours of practice to be done.

For your carousels, have you tried helping the flip with your foot, like an impossible.
i am having the same problem with my casper to casper but i havn't tried carousels yet

^^ yea try for the carousels to guide the board with your foot like an imposible but lean towards teh way your throwing the board it helps with getting a clean catch.

yeah i found that giving a very small bit of flick with your truck foot helps throw carousels. prectice a lot. these are hard to get the hang of

i seriously spent long sessions doing nothing but flipping it around my foot, then doing the flip and jump on, then working up to the jump and flip at the same time. it's such a different feeling from other tricks but once you get the hang of it it's so fun!

sweet guys thanks carousel advice really helped a lot cuz I can spin it properly now all I gotta worry about is landing them
