This is a good explanation too http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gQq9PhwxHRI Just practice the amount of pressure you apply with your foot and even the position where you place your foot. You'll have to have to experiment and find what combination works for you.

hmmm well then i am a bit stunned. i landed what i thought was a butterflip today and got some footy. if this isn't a butterflip then what is it called.

to point out i do double flip because i am used too used to do double rail flip thati find it hard to do single flips in rail.

sorry but I dont wanna start a new "help" thread but I also have a question. On TS railflips (or whatever its called when the griptape is behind you) is it normal that you can only use the tail to flip the board? cause when I tried using the nose it didnt work it all.

^If the grip is behind you then it would be HS. As for the railflip, what type of board are you using because different shaped noses and tails will affect railflips.

I'm guessing your using a street deck. On my street deck I can't do HS rails at all with the nose. The noses on street decks typically come up higher than their tail and for rail flips, the lower the better.

It started out as an small ATM blank but as it grew up I guess I just did stuff to mess up the tail and nose so bad its kind of blunt
