when i plug my camera in to my fre wire port. i turn it on and i go into WMM to capture the vid. it says it cant find it. Help? ive check all my wires and my camera? any other suggestions?

Hm.. do you have another port? If so try that.. that's all I can think of.

Or maybe you need software? Did your cam come with any CDs?

yea i tried all the ports. it doesent have disks just Mini Dvs. ive uploaded before and i didnt need software

try looking in a different folder than usual?

does your computer detect the camera ?

try importing it onto the computer cause the problem might be wmm

If your computer already has read it before, then pull out the usb, turn off the camera and computer. Then turn on the computer, then the camera after the computer is fully "awake" (as in, all its startup process' are done). Hopefully, it would've worked.

If you are using a different one or something, try troubleshooting it online if there is still no solution, and/or read the manuals (actually, do this first)
