deck: active/urban/any shop deck(i like them better than other brands)
trucks: get thunders/krux
bearings: reds or black panthers.
wheels: doesn't matter(maybe some A-bauns)

good set, you dont spend a lot on it, but you'll like it.

DECK: Shop deck (I highly recommend Active as I have one right now and I'm loving it)
TRUCKS: Ventures, thunders, or Indy's
Bearings: Bones reds
Wheels: Blanks

buy a cheap cmoplete to start with, & see if you still like skating in a few months. then get a decent board

Go to a PROPER skate shop and ask for a cheap complete. They'll sort you out.

Get Blanks
trucks: krux
Wheels: spitfire
Bearings; Bones Red
Griptape: any, doesn't really matter.

The only reason I think you should have blank decks is cause they are the main 'wear-out er' in a set up. The rest could be used for at least a year if you take good care of it
