Ok, I figured this out while doing my homework, and I also didn't actually clean the bearings, but what I know for sure is that:

- The container doesn't leak (only a tiny but...a couple of drops).
- 8 bearings can fit inside snug with a couple of spacers.
- The container doesn't dissolve when using alcohol (I sort of expected this though).
- In Holland, these containers full of glue only cost round 2 euro's, so round the same anywhere else I expect.

It's available at most stores and it's cheap. Everything fits well, so it should do.

WARNING = If you cleaned your container with water (or any other unwanted liquid), make sure you dry it WELL. I dried the inside with a hair-dryer for half an hour, put my bearings in, and took them out with WATER. During drying, hit the container against your hand every now and then to get all the water out.

Don't blame me if anything goes wrong, I'm just trying to help you with something I thought of...:icon_redf

Now I'm not a bearing cleaning expert, but I think there's a video made by Bones bearings giving an instructional video of how to properly clean your bearings. You could apply that to the pritstick bearing cleaner and there you go!

Cheers!

just shake it for a real long while, till you get tired, then let it stay for a while.

Oh did I mention you need removable shields for this?

It would also be better if you kept all the open sides of the bearing facing the bottom of the container, like this the dirt actually comes out =).

Cheers =)

Good idea. Personally I just use a shot glass. Bearings fit perfectly and you don't have to waste much acetone, just soak them in there, shake it around, change acetone, repeat, dry, lube and done.

That's cool too. As long as it works simple and well, it's good!

Cheers :)
