I don't think it has a name. If you wouldn't step off it would be called zombie spin I believe. So maybe step-off zombie spin?

Assuming that you're goofy-footed, I would say that it's a step off front foot bubble. If you're regular-footed it would be a no-comply toe-side bubble. And you don't get to name it, because it's a trick everyone does at some point which doesn't really need an official name (and even if you named it, noone would use your name anyway).

when i first started skating.
(this was back in "the Bam margera is so sick!!" days.)
i was at this thing in some parking lot i cant even remember, just messing around. and this guy was like hey man wanna learn some tricks. this is a cream puff. and did that trick, only didnt line his feet up next to each other like that. he was serious too, and he actually skated. hahah.
