Well, I still like my ex and she says she has feelings for me still, But I don't think we're going to get back together, so I guess I got to man up and move on, plus I deleted all my contacts with me (msn, mysapce etc) just to help get over her..but I still do feel a little down, but is what I did the right thing to do?

In my opinion, that depends bro. If you want to get back together or whatever, but don't think that you will (as you are saying), then doing anything to stay busy or occupy your mind will be good. If there is another girl that you like, talk to her. You could skate, play guitar, etc., to also produce the same mind-occupying effect. If you plan on attempting to get back together (doesn't sound like it), but if you do, then you already know that she still has feelings and use that to your advantage in progressing with her.
But if you plan on just trying to get over her, time is key. But it will be helpful to stay busy and not dwell on the negatives. Good luck dude!:icon_bigg

dude if you can describe a relationsihp with a frown after saying that you're taken, it really isn't right for you. If you think that you'll be more happy with the girl that you work with, then give it a try. She also probably knows that you're in a relationship, so when you flirt back she might feel akward. Haha I second that bro...unless you get 33% of shy girls like the one I am going with now. She's gorgeous, and has an incredible figure, but she doesn't do anything. Haha it took two months of talking pretty much everyday for 5+ hours to even kiss her, but she wanted to way before according to what she said after. But with shy girls, the 2:1 ratio is completely accurate! :icon_bigg
