It usually depends, most of the 'good' sites like this, will have offers ranging from FREE to credit card only to free trials for like a dollar. Its your choice but just keep a sharp eye and you'll be fine.

I used to do this all the time, I used treasure trooper, where they'd just give you money, instead of a prize. It took me 3 months to get $20, and I worked my tail off. So it's not "free", you have to work for it.

It's like getting a job, coming home happy, and being like "OMG, I just made a deal that if I did some stuff at this place, I get free money!!!". Sounds better than "I got a job", aye?

But, instead of actually getting a reasonable income, of *blank* dollars an hour like a regular job, it's like, $7 a month, and you work for a good 6-8 hours every month. Which equals to less than a dollar an hour. Is that really worth your time?

Plus the sites that do this are getting about 75% of the money coming from the offers. So, the only way you'd really come out ahead, is to set one of these sites up yourself. If you can that is, not sure how you'd go about it.
