OK guys the last week my laser and verials are getting really bad and i'm going back to the basics to learn them again. How do I get the perfect moving fs shuv it.....plz help me with this guys

Set up like a varial heel, except have your front foot more on the board, then just pop and push the back foot while youre scooping the front foot, jump as far back as you can, and if it makes the full 180, you should land it. Hope I helped.

what messed me up when i was learned this trick was that I was scooping the board too much making the board go way behind me and I'd have to jump way back to land properly. Needless to say, landing it this way did not feel that good.

The key, I found out, is to pop almost straight down. At the very bottom of the pop I just nudge the board forward as I'm jumping up(and very slightly backwards). Once you figure out the perfect nudge to pop ratio you should have a nice high f/s shuv that stays under you.

Can't really give much more advice after everyone else, apart from you have to make sure that you keep your back foot out the way when the board is coming round below you. As the boards generally uneven in this trick its pretty vital to keep your feet out the way otherwise you'll either be landing sketchy or not at all.
