I need help finding a green screen effect tutorial for adobe premiere pro.

To where i can like film me ollieing off something, then like film a bed, then put it where it looks like im ollieing off the bed...

I've found some but i don't think they'll work for that..

Well, i searched that but i didn't think it'd work with what i wanted to do. Would I be able to move the part of me ollieing the curb or whatever, then put it on a bed?
