Hey boys, was in the subway on singleplayer. I wanted to take my shot at finding it. These are probly the clearest images yet but you still cant tell for sure if its him.
These clips were taken off of a 45 min film ( Yeah It was a rainy day, Nothing eles to do. ). There was alot of bums screaming around the time of the sightings and I found a dead one with a scratched up body. It looked about the same as the one in Kreepmans video. (look it up.) Enjoy.

I still don't understand why Rockstar would code a ''ratman''? Doesn't seem to make much sense at all (plus the coding for just THAT character, would seem to be alot of excess work)

True!! But is the named ''Ratman'' actually coined by Rockstar, or is that a ''fan'' name given to it? Logically, for me, its hard to rationalize. Not saying after seeing ''Hot Coffee'', they wouldn't pull something like this, I just assumed it would be on a greater scale. So the coding for it, doesn't make sense. If they were going to do something ''internal'' with the game, don't you think with the GTAIV's appeal, it would be on a ''greater'' scale?

Oh, sry. And to the guy who said it would take alot of coding: Would it really though, it's just another skin, and make him crouch alot and be fast. Wouldnt they just punch in a few numbers? I dunno, alot of people claim to have seen him and that skin doesn't look like a normal person.

THEY DID, they just didn't put it in the game. It was left in the files by accident though. A fan just activated. Why do you think R* got sued for it?
